I speak about the things that sit at the intersection of business and being human: leadership, purpose, mindfulness, human potential and how we navigate success in the age of AI. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to speak at TEDx, Imperial College London, IITs, IIMs, universities, corporates and leadership forums across India and the UK. What I bring to the stage is not a rehearsed motivational speech. I bring stories from three decades in global boardrooms, lessons from moments that changed me personally, and ideas drawn from my work on Consciouspreneur®. I like to make audiences think, question and occasionally look at themselves a little differently. My sessions are conversational, story-led and practical, leaving people with perspectives they can carry long after they leave.
