Grievance Redressal
Effective date: 21 August 2026
If something on Stagefront is wrong — an unlawful or infringing listing, a fake profile, someone impersonating you, or a question about how we handle your personal data — this page tells you who to write to and what happens next.
This page is a summary, published here so that our Grievance Officer’s details are easy to find. The binding text is clause 12 of our Terms of Use and the relevant sections of our Privacy Policy. Nothing on this page adds to or changes what those say.
Our Grievance Officer
Ms. Hasina Udaipurwala is our Grievance Officer, and is the single point of contact for everything on this page. You can reach her at grievance@stagefront.in.
We have appointed a Grievance Officer as required of an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. If you are not sure who to write to, write to her and we will route your complaint internally.
What you can report
Write to the Grievance Officer about any of the following.
- Content that is unlawful, obscene or defamatory, or that infringes your intellectual property or other rights
- A fake profile, or someone impersonating you or your act
- A listing whose photos, videos, pricing or description are misleading
- Harassment, spam, or unwanted contact through the Platform
- Anything concerning a performer under 18 on a listing
- Any request about your personal data — to access it, correct it, erase it, or withdraw your consent
What to include
So that we can act quickly and correctly, please include your name, your email ID, the profile or listing in question, the nature of your grievance, and any supporting screenshots or other evidence.
Our timelines
We follow the timelines set out in the Intermediary Guidelines.
- We acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours of receiving it.
- We dispose of it within 15 days of receipt, and tell you the outcome.
If you are not satisfied
Write back to the Grievance Officer asking for the decision to be reviewed, and explain why you believe the outcome was wrong.
For complaints about your personal data, you also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. That right should be exercised after you have first raised the matter with our Grievance Officer.
Where this is written down
The binding provisions are clause 12 (Grievances) of our Terms of Use, and the sections of our Privacy Policy dealing with your rights as a Data Principal and with our Grievance Officer. If anything on this page appears to differ from those, they take precedence.
